FJ80/LX450 PREMIUM SUSPENSION SYSTEM
The OME FJ80 suspension is a surprising improvement over the stock suspension. The LX450 is improved with a shocking difference. The LX450 has a 20% softer suspension than the Land Cruiser and both have unreal body roll while cornering. Toyota must have slightly underestimated the suspension resulting in too soft of a ride. The OME suspension does not stiffen the ride, it firms the ride, enabling the FJ80/LX450 to corner at a higher rate of speed. The flexility or "articulation" during off road use is supreme, keeping the tires on the ground for better traction and stability. True gained height is 2 1/2". If you are using the ARB front bumperand/or a winch you will need the front "load" suspension. If you are using a spare tire carrier or extra fuel tank you will need the rear "load" suspension. Caster shims mandatory for all applications. For customers who want a front ARB bumper and/or winch, but don't want a lift we offer the front "load" springs with 0 lift.
